Are you creating waves or going with the flow?

Take a moment to contemplate the title/question of this week’s blog. This can be a tough and in-your-face question. You should know enough about me to know that I will challenge you to grow and reach new heights. I stretch and challenge myself way more than I do anyone else. I am going through the growing pains right along with you. Recently I have been struggling with imposter syndrome and feeling like I am not doing enough in my life to make a difference in others lives. I have also been brainstorming on how to increase the positive impact I can have on the lives of my friends, family, clients and beyond. As a result, my schedule is becoming busier by the minute, hence my lack of blog posts. I am currently working on putting together my health coaching program and my blogs will correspond with the topics of my webinars/coaching calls. Be on the lookout for upcoming sign-ups to join my coaching sessions.

With my deep dive into how to create an impact, has come more self-discovery, including recognizing areas where I excel and those that need improvement. It can be easy for me to believe the narrative that I am unqualified or underqualified to lead in the areas that need improvement or become discouraged that I might be dreaming too big. Instead of going down or continuing to go down these rabbit holes, I have been leaning into how to improve and the skills I possess as well as those skills I can cultivate. Sometimes this requires me asking for help, which is not easy for me.

I believe that trying new things and growing my skillset often opens doors of opportunity that I had never considered. These opportunities could end up being beneficial to me professionally and socially or they could end up teaching me lessons, but if I do not take the first step I would never know. Basically, all this rambling is to encourage you to take the leap or that first baby step to expand your life experiences, while being on the lookout for lessons to be learned and relationships to develop along the way.

Wings essential oil from Young Living is a blend created using one of my very favorite essential oils Northern Lights Black Spruce, combined with rose, lavender, and other essential oils. This is a great oil to encourage discovery and growth. If you are interested in experiencing this blend or any of Young Living’s essential oils, contact me to schedule a time to meet. I welcome the opportunity to coach you in your wellness journey by exploring how YL products can enhance this journey!
